Fabula Collective x Tomato Lab brought the “Wake Up Your Life With Illustrations” to China!

Hurrah! 

Fabula Collective’s very first exhibitionin China, “Wake UpYour Life With Illustrations”, has been opened for 1 month in Zheng Zhou and the Opening successfully completed at Oct 11th! 

The exhibitors are Clara, Louise, Jay, Nele, Mags, Yoona, Emmi, Nancy and Yuki. 30 pieces of art works has been displayed in this show, including illustrations, photographs and animations. All the visitors were welcome to read our picturebooks and buy art works!

There were more than 80 visitors, including local illustrators and designers, attending the Opening and sharing their stories with us!

Yuki and Nancy also gave a short speech to briefly introduce “who Fabulas are?” and“What Fabulas did?” to the visitors. 

In order to represent how important a story plays in an illustration, Yuki and Nancy designed a simple story solitaire game and guided the audience to retell “The Three Little Pig”! The audience paid highly attention to the game. Eventually, the original story has been unexpectedly switched to a funny love story! What a superise! Everyone in the exhibition couldn't stop but laughing!

After the Opening, we asked the visitors to fill up the questionnaire and give us some feedbacks. From those received questionnaires, it showed that most of visitors were highly interested in Fabula’s works and was looking forward to see more works from Fabula Collective.
